Kennith is currently the Managing Director of PlanPlus Consultancy Limited, having 17 years of planning, land administration, property development consultancy, and project management consultancy experience in Hong Kong and the PRC.
He is an all-rounded development consultant and town planner, specializing in statutory planning applications, land grant applications, project management, development consultancy, and planning feasibility study.
Kennith has advised private and public clients on town planning and urban design matters and managing multi-disciplinary teams to transform development intent into feasible, sustainable, and approvable master plans and development schemes.
He has worked with multi-disciplinary teams on project pre-feasibility studies, master layout, and preparation of specialist technical assessment documentation required to support planning approval, land grant applications, and building plan submissions.
Kennith advised on zoning implications and the strategy to submit planning applications, review, and or appeals. Kennith also submitted a planning objection to gazetted statutory plan to safeguard the interests of landowners.
Kennith’s projects include residential developments, offices, hotels, tourism developments, resort centers, recreation and sporting developments, shopping centers and outlets, science parks, universities, institutional and religious uses, columbarium, and village development.
Kennith is an experienced planning advocate with a strong track record in obtaining successful sustainable outcomes for private, individual, and institutional clients.
Kennith has provided consultancy services to Government departments such as the Planning Department and the Education Bureau and many top private property developers in Hong Kong including Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., Hutchison Whampoa Properties Ltd., Henderson Land Development Company Ltd., Chinachem Group, Asia Standard Int. Group Ltd., etc. and universities such as the University of Hong Kong and Hang Seng School Management College.
Over the years, Kennith has prepared and submitted over 200 planning applications under section 16 and section 12A of the Town Planning Ordinance as well as feasibility study. He is well acquainted with the statutory system and land administrative system.
