The flagship project, which set a record HK$24.6 billion land bid in 2017, comprises of a 47-storey mixed-used development building including an over 30-storey Grade A office and a multi-storey retail complex with an interconnected underground shopping street.

The development Bureau of Hong Kong announced a new Technical Circular (Works) No. 3/2020 on 27th March 2020 stating that project tender above $300 million on or after 1st April 2020 will be required to adopt the Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) as one of their new Technical Requirements.
According to Development Bureau TC(W) no. 3/2020, from 1st April 2020, capital works exceeding HK$300M are required to adopt the DWSS with an aim of enhancing the standard and efficiency of works supervision as well as the quality and safety of works.
