The MoU was signed by Sr Miranda Lui, Founder & Managing Director of MES Group and Dennis Wu, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Allied Environmental Consultants Limited during our MES 10th Anniversary Dinner on 26th November 2021.

MES Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding worth RM 1.5 million with University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) on 26th November 2021. The MOU was signed by MES Group Chief Executive Officer, Ms Donna Ng and University of Nottingham Malaysia’s Vice Provo Prof Andy Chan.

MES Group co organised The Blue and Green Infrastructure Series 3 - ESG Series: Sustainability Governance together with World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA) 世界華人菁英會 on 7th October 2021

The Blue and Green Infrastructure Series 2 - ESG Series was held on 12 August 2021 (Thu) at the United Services Recreation Club, Jordan. 

The live demo session was organized by Construction Industry Council. It’s our honor to showcase our product, ShareBIM.

Our Managing Director, Sr Mirandui Lui shared her views and experience in the industry that relates to how GBA development may benefit Hong Kong construction sector in the long run.

The Blue and Green Infrastructure was held on 22 July 2021 (Thu) at the United Services Recreation Club, Jordan. 

MES representatives were invited by Hong Kong Institute of Environmentalists (HKIOE) to attend a site visit at a prefab product manufacturing factory at Yuen Long. 

With the aids of CostBIM, quantitative information are integrated with BIM models. CostBIM is an integration of BIM technology into conventional Quantity Surveying practices, bringing efficiency and productivity to the quantity takeoff process, ensuring accuracy of estimates, facilitating information sharing and enhancing project cost control management.

We are proud to announce that MES Group has won 2 awards from HKIBIM Awards 2020: Bronze Award in Government Projects Category and a Merit Award in BIM Consultants / Software Category in HKIBIM Awards 2020.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a new technology enabling architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry practitioners to holistically manage information related to construction projects, from planning to design, tendering to construction and operations to facility management.

It also provides a platform for professions to discuss the possibilities of incorporating the current technologies among the 9+2 cities, fostering the region’s synergic development instead of developing smart cities in silos, ultimately connecting the cities as a whole.

The flagship project, which set a record HK$24.6 billion land bid in 2017, comprises of a 47-storey mixed-used development building including an over 30-storey Grade A office and a multi-storey retail complex with an interconnected underground shopping street. 

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between MES Group and MHub took place on April 2021. It marks a milestone in enhancing and standardizing digital adoption for better efficiency that will benefit all stakeholders, and tightening the relationship between both parties.

The Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) is essentially a web-based centralized portal of collecting construction works information and managing the workflows of site activities to enhance efficiency, safety and quality performance.

MES Group was invited by MHub to share on the Innovations in Construction Tech on 19 March 2021. Miranda was glad to share about digital construction and the technical control cost to Malaysia. The webinar had over 80 people, who are developers and main-contractors, joined online.

"CIC BIM Competition 2021" organized by The Construction Industry Council (CIC). The competition aims to promote the practical uses of Building Information Modelling (BIM) through collaborative and competitive learning approach among tertiary students in construction related disciplines.

In WCEYA Cocktail Reception, Mr. Kennith Chan, Director of Marketing & Business Development of MES Group and the Associate Director of World Chinese Enterprising Youth Association (WCEYA), shared the vision and mission of MES Group and the collaboration with WCEYA and other parties. 

The 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Business Summit was successfully concluded on 23 October 2020 and due to the epidemic, our esteemed guests from Hong Kong and overseas were unable to physically attend the summit.

The CIC BIM Competition 2021, refer as the “Competition”, is organized by the Construction Industry Council (CIC). The Competition is to promote practical uses of BIM through collaborative and competitive learning approach among tertiary students in construction related disciplines.
